Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your EasyDrop account

You can permanently delete your EasyDrop account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

1. Sign in at easydrop.today.
2. Open Settings from the sidebar.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
4. Click Delete My Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

• Your EasyDrop user record (email, sign-in metadata)
• All linked social accounts (TikTok, Instagram Business) — the OAuth tokens we hold for those accounts are revoked and destroyed
• Any video files still in our storage. Most are already gone by this point: a video is deleted from storage as soon as its upload finishes publishing. What remains is anything still in flight, uploads you never published, and videos you asked us to keep for republishing
• The poster frames of published posts. These outlive the video itself on purpose — the Posts screen shows them after the source file is gone — so account deletion is what removes them
• All upload jobs, their status history, and any error logs
• Any API keys you created for programmatic access
• Your API request log entries
• Any per-user configuration you added (custom TikTok credentials, etc.)

Note: deleting your EasyDrop account does not delete content that has already been published to a third-party platform (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). To remove already-published posts you have to delete them inside the destination platform's own tools.

Timeline

The deletion mutation is transactional: your record and linked-account rows are removed immediately when you confirm. Videos in our Cloudflare R2 storage bucket are removed in the background — typically within seconds, at most within 24 hours.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer sign in to your EasyDrop account (lost email access, etc.), email us at support@seocreativestudio.com from an address you can prove ownership of, and we will manually delete your account within 30 days.

Removing EasyDrop from Facebook / Instagram

If you connected an Instagram Business account and simply want to revoke our access without deleting your entire EasyDrop account, you can do so at any time from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find EasyDrop in the list.
3. Click Remove.

Facebook will notify our servers and we will delete the OAuth token and any Instagram / Page identifiers associated with that connection. Your other EasyDrop data (uploaded videos, TikTok accounts, upload history) is not affected.
